I'm working on my secondary education credential with an endorsement in mathematics. I'm passionate about using my computer science background within my future mathematics classroom. I believe the future of this country depends on creating technologically literate students who do not solely use technology, but have the ability to create technology. I'm the mother to 2 young girls who started learning the basics of coding at 3 years old (Robot Turtles, anyone?). Follow me on Twitter @MBackmeg

Pants on the Ground!

Tuesday, March 9, 2010

Lily is a skinny baby. On Friday, Lily wore her jeans that have an elastic waistband. I pick her up so she's standing on my legs and next thing I know her pants are down around her knees. I'm glad the whole room got a kick out of it. I find that no matter what pair of pants she wears they are all too big in the waist. Do they make belts for babies this small? Or maybe she needs suspenders?

Poor Lily! We have that problem with Dax when we switch sizes. We switched from 0-3 to 3-6 month clothes because pants were becoming high waters on him but actually fit in the waist... in 3-6 month pants he either looks like a gangster or an old man. :)
