I'm working on my secondary education credential with an endorsement in mathematics. I'm passionate about using my computer science background within my future mathematics classroom. I believe the future of this country depends on creating technologically literate students who do not solely use technology, but have the ability to create technology. I'm the mother to 2 young girls who started learning the basics of coding at 3 years old (Robot Turtles, anyone?). Follow me on Twitter @MBackmeg

Watch What You Say Around Little Ears!

Saturday, January 28, 2012

Watch what you say around little ears, episode 1 (I am sure there will be many more to come!):

In our household it is common practice to tell Taylor to "knock it off" when he's begging, barking, being annoying, etc. Yesterday, at playgroup, a little kid repeatedly stole Lily's snack. After a few times, she took the snack back and told the kid "knock it off!" Cue mortified mom who is trying not to bust out laughing at the hilarity of the situation.
